Exercise and Balanced Diet and Smile every chance You Get!
This will result in a higher quality of live! Throw in a few more things like a Reflexology or Relaxing Massage
treatment every WEEK and life is good. Try it only once for one week. What do you have to loose?

The way this works is
you massage these areas of the foot. the nerves send messages to all these
places in your body. If any part of your feet seem sensitive that would be
an indication you have or will be having problems in that area. By
massaging your feet you send blood to these areas to self heal yourself.
How else would explain why we are still around today. Our ancestors didn't
go to doctors or have shoes.
Back in the time of the Egyptians and Romans
the "doctor" was a guy that massaged your feet. The pharos
treated the foot doctors like a god. (did not have to work for a living)
The Romans would operate on
people like gladiators for instance while they were awake! For anesthesia
they massaged your feet while they cut you open or sewed you together.
(ouch!)
The Chinese
have been doing this for about 3 or 4 thousand years. They put in needles
in these areas to either stimulate or deaden different areas of your body.
It is called acupuncture today and has been adopted my western medicine.
Don't
wait for your doctor to prescribe this.

Health tips...
Drink Tea ...research suggests the L-theanine found in black, green, oolong, and pekoe teas, may enhance the disease-fighting capabilities of the immune system's T cells, allowing them to defend better against invading bacteria ....Drink two to four cups per day for a patent brew of amino acids and antioxidants. In addition, tea's dietary phenols also inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria in the gut.
- Go With Garlic ...flush out potentially dangerous microbes with one or two cloves of garlic a day, says Alschuler, N.D., or take an aged garlic extract supplement, such as Kyolic (kyolic.com), which contains all the allicin and other antimicrobial compounds found in the real thing, minus the odor.
- Eat Bright, Eat Right...the best way to get selenium and zinc, the antioxidants you need to wipe out disease-causing free radicals, is to eat six to eight servings per day of colorful fruits (apples, oranges, and berries) and vegetables (like carrots, spinach, and broccoli), says Michelle Babb of the Basra Center for Natural Health in Seattle. As a rule of thumb, one serving is 1/2 cup pf chopped fruit or veggies or one medium-sized piece of fruit.
- Red Wine...the french love saturated fats yet still have low rates of heart disease. The secret may be resveratrol--found in red wine--which is high in antioxidants and believed to reduce bad cholesterol and prevent blood clots.
